Margaret Stearns is a licensed clinical social worker and had been providing mental health therapy for several years when she decided to expand her practice. Her existing web-presence was a template-based starter site. Together with her husband, they sought a redesign that would convey the personal approach to therapy which they attribute to her success. It was time for a hand-crafted look and feel. The Stearns were intimately involved in the five-stage design process. They were as attentive about their visitor's experience online as they are about their experience in the office.

When Kimberly approached about a new start up as a certified redesigner, she didn't have to say much. We worked together numerous times and her personality and skills were perfectly matched for her new venture. She needed a brand development website and a place for seasonal offers and photographs. She also needed to be visible in search engines. Using simple techniques setting up her site, she was ranking highly in major search engines in local searches shortly after her site went live.

Massage Needs is a mobile massage therapy practice that originally served the Arizona rim country. When Bernadette Perez completed her massage therapy training, she needed a website to help build her practice. Customized therapy is the hallmark of this practice and the website is designed to communicate that feature. With a modest budget and some light search engine optimization, her site soon began to generate leads from the web. Not long after going live, Bernadette's practice was found by an out-of-town client and subsequently awarded substantial ongoing work, and it didn't stop there. She was able to generate additional leads that could be worked into her challenging nursing school schedule.
